28th March Currently we have written two scripts, bad customer service and good customer service. We are planning on filming these videos next week and subsequently edit them and send them to the client. During our meeting we discussed what to include in our essay. This includes researching forum theatre roleplay and how this is used in real life. As well as how to bring your own ideas to the client and not just reinforce their preheld ideas and beliefs that may hinder the effectiveness of the simulation training. Furthermore, we explained how we are splitting the workload equally and ensured that everyone in the group is content with how the project is going and not working more than anyone else. We will all be acting in the videos as well as taking turns filming and editing together.
