5th May Teams meeting with Jeremy, the client, to discuss our script. He has said he is happy with it, apart from taking out the part in the 'good customer service' where the staff member has their feet on the desk as it wouldn't be realistic. Jeremy also said we have good use of empathy within the script. Jeremy and Connie suggested that we could use a member of staff from Connie's team in the videos but we've decided to keep it just our group acting in it because of limited time. We've also decided to film in a lecture room with a desk, to maintain a generic but realistic film. Jeremy and Connie have also said that they're happy to give written feedback from their point of view of the process. We are planning to get filming done today and tomorrow.
